You may be aware that it has been frigid here in New Hampshire for the past week or so. Earlier this week Riley created a new version of the "Head, shoulders, knees and toes" song. Here she is performing it with Caleb today.

Nail Day
I made Riley wait until she was five to have her nails painted. She finally remembered today that we could do her nails, so we bought a new color and painted nails with Aunt Laura tonight after dinner! Why today us a great day according to Riley: Peter and Laura are here; tomorrow is her birthday party; she got a new toothbrush; and she got her nails painted.

Happy new year!
My resolutions: 1. I heard something recently about how adults should eat 9 servings of fruits and veggies per day. Nine! I should work on that. 2. Get back into the habit of working out dailyish. 3. Bead my stash. This was my resolution last year and I didn't even make it through January. We'll see how it goes!
